Returns and Exchanges

We offer free returns for 30 days from the date of purchase or other advertised returns periods. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and/or at checkout. Our change of mind returns policy can be found below:

As long as the return is initiated and placed in the post within 30 days of receipt of order confirmation email (or longer promotional return period, if applicable);

Items must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition. Unless it is your first bra purchase with us, in which case it may be worn, but still must be returned in original packaging and within 30 days of delivery.

If items have been specifically excluded from the change of mind returns policy, such as ‘Final Sale’ items and items excluded for hygiene reasons (non-bra items).  The exclusion will be noted on the relevant product page on our Site and / or at checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on briefs or gift cards.

Please note: For purchases made during sale periods, refunds will incur a $12 restocking fee. In addition, free gifts included with your order (the tote, cap, mystery bra, or limited-edition undies) can’t be returned, and if your return brings your order below the qualifying spend, the retail value of those gifts will be deducted from your refund.

Mystery Boxes
Our standard bra fit guarantee applies - 30 days of wear, with exchanges on us.

Please note that bra refunds are not available for change of mind on mystery boxes (e.g. because you don’t like the colour). If you need a size exchange we will exchange to a colour that is available at our discretion.

The mystery box is a lucky dip and discounted accordingly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
