The reason is the fibre's structure: a perfectly round cross-section that produces almost zero friction against skin, a quality no conventional cotton fibre can replicate. The result is a fabric that is genuinely good for you, and genuinely pleasurable to wear.
More about our fabric
Our cupro is produced exclusively by a Japanese manufacturer who has held the process since 1931, from cotton fibres left over from cottonseed oil production that would otherwise be discarded. Blended with 15% elastane for stretch and recovery.
The yarn is certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100 — independently tested against over 100 harmful substances — and holds RCS 100 certification verifying its upcycled origin. At the fibre level it is also OK Biodegradable certified. The finished garment contains elastane, and we make no whole-product biodegradability claims.

S to XXL, measured at the fullest part of your hip — level and snug, not tight. Between sizes, size up for a softer fit or down for more contour.
Is it cotton?
It starts as cotton. The fibre is cupro, regenerated from cotton linter — the short fibres left on the seed after ginning. The blend and the finishing treatment are ours: developed with our mill and made for no one else. 85% cupro · 15% elastane. Cool to the touch, breathable, certified to OEKO-TEX and GOTS. Cotton, made silky.
How do I wash them?
Our cotton, made silky, is a delicate fabric — cared for properly, it will stay with you for years. Machine wash at 40°C or below, in a delicates bag. It doesn't mix well with metal, so keep it away from anything with zips or hardware.
What's the gusset?
The gusset is 100% cotton.
Can I return undies?
For hygiene reasons undies can't be returned or exchanged unless they're faulty.
Same fabric as the bras?
Yes. Same technical silky cotton — our cupro, in a blend and finish made for us alone — same mill, same certifications. The bras add structure — the cup, the boning, the wire. The undies just get the fabric.
